LOUISIANA CHEFS UNITE FOR JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION March 9th, 2009 Frenchy is secured to capture the fun and flavor of the Louisiana Cook-Off, a competition between 25 of the state’s most renowned chefs to raise money for the James Beard Foundation.
