Frenchy Paints the Pulse of Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans

When Super Bowl LIX came to New Orleans, Frenchy was front and center capturing the energy, excitement, and cultural heartbeat of the city through a whirlwind series of live painting performances across some of the weekend’s most high-profile events.

The action kicked off with a powerful partnership with International Justice Mission, where Frenchy painted live in support of their cause, setting the tone for a series of events that celebrated both purpose and performance.

At the Maison Des Saints event hosted by the New Orleans Saints, Frenchy created a moving live portrait of iconic local trombonist Corey Henry, spotlighting the intersection of music, culture, and community in true NOLA fashion.

The energy continued at the celebrity-filled Ditka & Jaws Cigars With the Stars party, where Frenchy produced a live painting featuring NFL stars Saquon Barkley and Patrick Mahomes, capturing their larger-than-life presence in real time.

At On Location’s premier fan experience event, Frenchy captured the heart of the crowd and the vibe of the weekend, translating the Super Bowl atmosphere into bold strokes and color in real time.

The highlight of the weekend was Frenchy's return to FOX Sports, where he was commissioned to paint the network’s live Super Bowl pregame broadcast on Bourbon Street. From the FOX NFL Sunday crew including Curt Menefee, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Michael Strahan, Rob Gronkowski, Jimmy Johnson, and Jay Glazer to a surprise cameo by Tom Brady tossing a football from a balcony, Frenchy captured it all on canvas, with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band playing overhead. It was a quintessential New Orleans moment, blending sports, music, and live art in the heart of the French Quarter.

In total, Frenchy produced a remarkable series of paintings that not only documented the events of the weekend but also celebrated the spirit of New Orleans as the true MVP of Super Bowl LIX.
